Emirates to offer free accommodation to its First and Business Class passengers from July 1 to August 31, 2008

Emirates Airline, in order to promote Dubai as a world-class tourist destination, will offer special value packages to its First and Business Class passengers, flying to or via Dubai from July 1 to August 31, 2008. As per the package, First Class passengers will get two nights free stay at The Palace - The Old Town or The Harbour Hotel and Residence. Business Class passengers, on the other hand will get one night free stay at Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel or The Harbour Hotel and Residence. In addition, passengers will be provided with USD100, which can be used at the hotel for food and beverage and/or spa facilities and a 96 hour visa.

The offer includes a deluxe room at The Palace - The Old Town, two bedroom suites at The Harbour Hotel and Residence and a deluxe room at Jumeirah Emirates Towers on bed and breakfast basis, inclusive of all applicable taxes and service charges. For availing the offer, travel must begin outside UAE. Turnaround passengers or those travelling on frequent flyer redemption tickets cannot apply for the package. Though accommodation has to be pre-booked, it need not be used immediately after arriving in Dubai.

Nabil Sultan, Emirates’ Senior Vice President Commercial Operations Gulf, Middle East and Iran said, “This is a great opportunity for both, business and leisure travellers. Our aim is to offer hassle-free holiday to our customers, since they do not have to worry about accommodation. We have always looked for ways to reward our customers. We expect this offer for First and Business Class travellers to be a complete sell-out as it has been in previous years.”
