Emirates launches special packages for Mumbai travellers

Emirates has launched special Dubai Summer Surprise (DSS) packages until August 22, 2008 for its Mumbai travellers. These value-for-money packages offer customers a choice of 24 city and beach hotels that suits all pockets and are for a minimum stay of three nights with the option to extend. Economy Class passengers can avail a three night/four-day stay at The Novotel World Trade Centre Dubai starting from Rs 31,812 on a twin sharing basis which is inclusive of return airfare.

The packages include a personalised meet-and-assist service on arrival at Dubai International Airport and a chauffeur-driven transfer between the airport and the hotel. With the use of the privilege discount card the passenger will be entitled to a special package from Arabian Adventures in Dubai. This offer can be booked through a local Emirates office or travel agents.

Dubai Summer Surprises, the summer counterpart of the popular Dubai Shopping Festival that happens during the winter months, is a ten-week family fun-filled shopping-cum-educational festival. During this time, malls take on a carnival-like atmosphere with some of them adopting special themes. Emirates Holidays, the tour-operating division of Emirates Airline, is offering other offers to travellers from Mumbai and these include 25 per cent discount on selected Spa treatments at Le Meridien Dubai; four nights for the price of three, eight nights for the price of six inclusive of complimentary shopping voucher worth AED 300 per room per day for four nights stay at the Intercontinental Dubai Festival City and Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City respectively; and free snow park access at Ski Dubai in the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates.
