Dubai Summer Surprises, 2008 promotes Spa Tourism from June 19 to August 22, 2008

Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS), 2008, will promote Spa Tourism, to the summer tourists at discount prices from June 19 to August 22, 2008. The inclusion of spas in the DSS itinerary is an attractive addition to the endless shopping, winning and family entertainment options during 65 days of summer festivities. The DSS 2008 Spa Packages consist of variety of therapies from around the world including Swedish massage, Thai massage, aromatherapy, various facial treatments, ayurveda, reflexology, and contemporary healing remedies. The participating spas also offer personalised packages combining various therapies.

“The Spa Packages during DSS 2007 was a massive success as affirmed by the participating spa establishments. During DSS 2008 we want to replicate that success and introduce new initiatives to promote Dubai as a growing global destination for Spa Tourism,” said Khulood Al Thani, Marketing Manager of DSF Office. Launched in 2006, the Spa Packages are aimed at promoting Dubai as an ultimate spa destination in the Middle East.
